Maximum budget: €80.000,00

The goal of this tender is to develop a good practices guide for national authorities and cybersecurity agencies in the EU Member States for carrying out cybersecurity and resilience stress tests. In particular to support Member States by:

• Analyzing how stress tests have been carried out in other settings and in other regions

• Collecting and identifying general good practices for cybersecurity and resilience stress tests

• Developing several cybersecurity specific stress test scenarios as examples.

The scope of the work is stress tests carried out in critical infrastructure under the NIS2 Directive sectors such as digital infrastructures, including telecom networks, energy, transport, etc.
